It is a world class renowned science-to-science, business-to-business and science-to-industry platform with an absolute and exclusive focus on the global Biomass sector.

The Conference programme includes more than 800 top-class contributions received with abstracts from +3100 authors and co-authors from 68 countries. The submitted abstracts are scored and selected by Scientific and Industry focused Committees from institutional and industrial research organisations, under the Chair of the European Commission’s JRC – Joint Research Centre.

Participants have the possibility to win the Conference’s Prizes and Awards, such as the Linnerborn Prize – awarded to an individual for outstanding merits in biomass – the EUBIA Award – given to companies which demonstrate an high effort in supporting biomass development at commercial and industrial level – and the Poster Awards.

The EUBCE Conference is also a great opportunity for students and young researchers in the field of Biomass.
